:: Special Tribute of Malaysia ::




HELLO!!! today we wants to share some information about our and malaysian foods and landmark.


Malaysian Food- Nasi Lemak

The Nasi Lemak was OK but not great. Their anchovy sambal should have been cooked with sambal but instead it tasted like they cooked it with ketchup and some chili sauce. The chicken on the Nasi Lemak was too hard and “tough” and the coconut rice wasn’t “lemak” enough (not enough coconut milk), but overall the taste was passable. Nasi Lemak a goods choice for malaysian citizens.

Malaysian Food -satay

Every Malaysian has their own favourite food. My top Malaysia's local favourite food has to be the satay. We especially loves the lamb and beef satay. We love it if the lamb and beef satay has an extra bit of fat. That's fattening but the taste of that fat melts in your mouth just too much too resist every time. A lot of Malaysian simply loves satay just like us.

The world's tallest twin building -
Petronas Twin Towers is the anchor project of Kuala lumpur City Center or KLCC. Standing at 451.9M high, it has a two towers of 88-storey office building. The 1.8bil Ringgit Petronas Twin Towers building was officially opened on August 31, 1999 by Malaysia's 4th Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad. The Petronas Twin Towers was designed by Argentinian architect Caser Pelli. The original design was 421M tall but later reworked to the present height.

It also has double decker skybridge linking Petronas Twin TOwer at the 41st and 42nd floor. Next, the Petronas Twin Tower is a premier shopping mall of Kuala Lumpur city center- Suria KLCC. Suria means sunshine. It huge 6 level crescent shaped contain 200 shops, At the ground floor there are several cafes at beutiful KLCC park which is 20 hectare KLCC park.

The KLCC Project currently include the Petronas Twin Tower, the 1.5 million sq. feet Suria KLCC shopping mall, a 20 hectare KLCC Park, Menara Maxis Tower, Menara Esso, Mandarin Oriental Hotel and 6000 capacity Surau.

ENJOY SWEETS ON A DIET




Even if you are on a diet, you can still enjoy your favourite sweets and other empty calorie treats. Whether you love chocolate, cookies, chips or any other indulgence, with some basic knowledge, you can enjoy your favourite treats while still being successful at loosing weight and staying healthy!


There are some steps that can we use for life. First, we can figure out how many calories worth of sweets you will alow yourself a day. Around 200 until 300 calories on a regular day is reasonable. Secondly, when eating sweets use portion control. You can now buy cookies and snacks in 100 calorie packs. Not only are they all your favourite treats (Oreos, Chips Ahoy, graham crackers, bits and bites...) but they are packaged with one serving in each bag. Also, Cadbury Thins as well as KitKat and Aero Singles are chocolate bars that have very few calories.


Moreover, buy sugar free sweets, usually foods in less sugar contain aspartame and artificial sweeteners that make we crave real sugar, and may even cause cancer, but they do help satisfy small cravings. Lastly,burn the extra calories. If you eat 200 calories worth of sweets or other empty calories,then you will need to burn the extra calories that you consumed. In order to lose weight, you will need to burn more calories then the sum of the calories of everything that you ate, each day.


There are some tips that you can follow. First, try to stay away from places like starbucks ,
you can replace those morning coffees with a fruity smoothie. Second, put a little fridge underneath or beside your desk at work and fill it with fresh fruit, veggies with low fat ceasar dressing to dip, fruit juice (not punch!), smoothies and yogurts. Third, if you crave something sweet, chew a stick of gum. Not only does it satisfy your craving, but you won't be able to eat anything else while you are chewing it. Lastly, if you are making these treats, consider putting in honey,brown sugar, or splenda instead of white sugar.



The special recipes for those who want to control their diet. To make a healthy breakfast smoothie, put 1 cup sweetened low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (such as strawberries)into a blender and blend until smooth. This is sweet and thick like a milkshake, but a lot more healthy! More recipes just click here.



So SAZA just thinking that sweets is not make someone fat or reduce their confident. Furthermore, sweets also give happiness when we gain stress.Other than that,eat sweet also can make ability to lower your blood pressure, since it contains flavonoids.

What means Fasting?

Fasting
is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink or both, for a period of time. A fast may be total or partial concerning that from which one fasts, and may be prolonged or intermittent as to the period of fasting. Fasting practices may preclude sexual activity as well as food, in addition to refraining from eating certain types or groups of foods; for example, one might refrain from eating meat. A complete fast in its traditional definition is abstinence of all food and liquids

What the effect of fasting during Ramadhan?

The purpose of this review was to ascertain the effects on healthy Muslims of fasting during Ramadan. We found some changes such as weight loss, evidence of dehydration, increase in serum uric acid, and nonpharmacological improvement in lipid parameters. We also observed changes in daily lifestyles and mental-health status. Thus, observance of the Ramadan fasting has both positive and adverse effects on healthy individuals. The adverse effects, however, are unlikely to persist after Ramadan or to lead to other complications. Healthy individuals can observe Ramadan without anxiety about their health.
